Position: Start Data Specialist I
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (U.S., preference for Central Time Zone)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Travel: 5% (minimal)
Salary Range: 15.38 to 15.38–19.23/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Verification
Research and gather construction project data from various sources.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to verify project details.
Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately input key project information into Dodge’s platform.
Ensure reports are updated timely and comprehensively.
Research & Industry Knowledge
Develop familiarity with construction industry players and terminology.
Utilize online research tools to maximize project coverage.
Performance & Compliance
Meet productivity and accuracy metrics consistently.
Maintain detailed documentation for data validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Assist in data acquisition projects within assigned territories.
Qualifications & Skills:
Category Requirements
Education High School Diploma or GED
Experience 6+ months of outbound calls & data entry
Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong typing skills
Research Skills Excellent internet research & reading comprehension
Soft Skills Detail-oriented, strong communicator, independent worker
Preferred Skills Construction industry knowledge, online research experience
